HO110 is the next size up. Those are typically in 10-lug rear/5-lug front mediums. Not sure what the next size up was from there.

I think the next up from the 110 is 13500, 15000 and then 17000. The trucks with 5 10 wheels and 6 hole Budd wheels must be HO 110 or 13500 axles and the locking hubs do not have the grease zerk in the center. the trucks like the two of mine that have 10 hole Budds have the zerk in the center and I think are HO 15 but that's not written in stone yet, still looking for more data.

Yeah they aren't very common, but I have seen more of them in North Dakota and Montana than anyplace else. The Napco truck is pretty rusty in the cab. I plan to swap the running gear to my grain truck. Everything should swap over. I'll just have a new rear driveline made since the grain truck has a longer wheel base. I'm not sure why but all of my trucks are 4 wheel drive except the grain truck.

Not sure when they stopped, but I had a '71 C/30 NAPCO at one time. The need for one tons remained till late-70s and they went on with the medium-heavies years beyond.

Very rare original Napco factory 4x4 truck. Spent most of it's life in an old Colorado mining town. Surface rust only. Very solid body and frame. All bolts turn if you need to work on something. Nice running 283 V8. Electronic ignition. 5 speed trans. Clutch good. Exhaust good. Brakes work but hydroboost should be rebuilt for more stopping power. 4wd works fine. Operational dump bed and power tailgate. Lights work. Military tires have some dry rot but holding air fine. Everyone that sees this makes some type of comment about how they would hate to see this behemoth bearing down on them in their rear view mirror. Very one of a kind striking truck. Dual wheel chains on the sides were for Rocky Mountain winter running. Sold with Maine bill of sale as well as have the Colorado title for it. Call 207-239-87 zero four. You'll want the NAPCO shop manual pamphlet when adjustments are made to toe-in. If it's like my 57, each rod end has different thread count (course/fine).

To get correct toe, you have to turn one rod end 1 turn and the opposite end 2 turns etc. The pamphlet has a chart that will tell you which one to adjust and how much based on your initial measurements.

Thought I would share this 1958 GMC Napco I helped a buddy get yesterday. Its a V8 with a three on the tree w/overdrive??? We looked it over for about 2 hours. It has zero rust or repairs anywhere to the sheet metal on it. I'm a bit suspicious of the bed though. It has a fleetside emblem on it and I don't think that would have come on a GMC. Can anyone confirm that this emblem shouldn't be there? Neither one of us know much about these trucks but are learning.

If Fleetside is right then I am wrong. I never heard of or recall seeing even the first year called anything but Wideside. Pretty sure the GMC got no emblem. Very nice find

1951 Chevrolet 3800 4x4 pickup truck. Napco 4x4 conversion kit installed by dealership in 1953. 218 straight 6 cylinder engine. 9 ft bed. Runs great, 4 wheel drives works, head lights, tail lights are all operational. Has some rust in factory floor boards in the typical spots. Really neat old truck with a lot of potential. Located in Prineville Oregon. Idaho title.
