He is putting "GRANDPAL'S TOY" on the tailgage and a fine job he did to. I am a "Grandpa" and a young 67. I have six Grandchildren. But I am always young at heart!!!

Nice truck! I love that color. What are your plans?

Is it me or is that rear tire really small? Nice truck

XtremeBowtie 07-07-2010 01:37 PM

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds

Thanks for the compliments. My dad bought the truck in the 93 or 94, and recently sold it to a friend of the family's. Well that friend's brother just passed away and left him a new Dodge Dakota. With the new truck, our friend decided to sell it back to me. And yeah he put some small tires on it!

Plan on installing Nate's dropmembers front and back. Welding in some 2x4 stock in the framerails and chopping to lay rockers. Debating on whether I want to roll a 20/22 combo or go all 22's... Gotta swap the 305 to something with a little more power. Refresh the interior with billet, etc.

Thinking about painting it a kandy blue with flames or red with flames. Or two-tone. Decisions, decisions!

What is the rectangle opening where the AC unit would be on the passenger side firewall?
