Someone put a note under one of the wiper blades on my truck. I didn't appreciate that. I wouldn't go monkey with someone else's vehicle.

Bought a lightly used 500 this weekend. I drove small cars most of my 40 years in the Copier business, company supplied. I was looking for something small, nailed it lol. Didn’t want the Abarth version because I feel like those probably got the crap beat out of them. Only must have was the fully retractable top. I’ll find some different wheels and call it good. Although I am going to have to figure out something with the drivers seat, I’d like it to recline a tad bit more.

I should have taken the picture in the sun, it’s a really bright white

We had an Abarth with the retractable top. It's a cool option. Very easy to operate. The thing about the Abarth was that for such a little car it got lousy mileage. But it was fast as all get out. That little guy could move. I bought my daughter a 500. She lives in the city and needs a small car. She hasn't had any problems with it.

And it had really good brakes.I almost wrecked it on the way home from the dealer. I was going about 60 mph and I looked up and saw traffic dead stopped in front of me. :eek: I slammed on the brakes in the rain and thought that there was no way that I could stop in time. But it did it. A little shaking but it stopped. I was so relived. I didn't want to wreck a brand new car 10 minutes after my wife bought it. That wouldn't go over well.

Both for sure.

The freeway was wide open and I was fiddling with the knobs and such figuring out where everything was like you do with a new car and looked up to brake lights. I had maybe 30 yards to go from 60 to 0 on a wet road. I thought that there is no way that I'm going to be able to stop. So I just jammed on the brakes and hung on and waited for the crash. The anti lock brakes are what caused the car to shake. But they worked. It stopped straight and didn't skid. I had about a half a car length between me and the car in front of me when I stopped and that was just fine with me.

That drive back was a nightmare. I don't really know Orange County. So I got lost in Santa Ana in not such a good neighborhood looking for the freeway in the rain. The rain stopped and I finally found the freeway. I was home free. That's when I almost wrecked a car with about 30 miles on it.
