I prefer the quick release mandrel, makes changing wheels much faster |
Re: PO has me PO'd
for some reason my narrative went away between pictures
This is about the tightest arc you can cut with a 1 1/2 inch cut off wheel, I like to sneak up on it, leaving a little white paint to see my line The wheel generates a lot of heat quickly, so touch the metal, if you can’t hold onto it, then your cutting too quickly and you may warp the metal I generally cut right, with my contact area of the wheel at 4 o'clock, don't force it as you may explode your wheel, not pretty It's a slow process but far more accurate than my big dangerous angle grinder, that thing scares the begeases out of me |

Re: PO has me PO'd
If there is such a good thing as a SNAP, I think it was the cam and spring on the post freeing up
But I was concerned that the hinge was going to twist off, so my focus was on the hinge Jesse, the whole process of rebuilding them isn't difficult, I just lost one of the parts. It was called FOCUS I picked this one for 15.00, on our boards, and now I have a sample to go by I'll revisit this at a later date, for now I have lots of other stuff to do Thanks for stopping by guys, encouraging to see someone actually reads this https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...8aa230f3_c.jpg16812873477955623621708462916207 by [url=https://www.flickr.com/photos/198023675@N07 |
