Sharp rusty edges. That's a Tetanus shot waiting to happen. But it does look cool IMHO.

I've had a Tetanus shot. Those ********* HURT! I've also had Penicillin shots. And they were bad. But that's another story. It had nothing to do with rust. Just bad judgement.
