What's up kev!! I got the pics I'll post up when the kids go to sleep.
I did the PB hinges, go them in today as a matter of fact.
I pulled the rear DM out this weekend getting ready for a Scott's super slam rear kit. I swear I'm going to stop cutting this beast up and work on getting it back on the road. I just want to drive it.

I've got the PB parts for sale on te parts forum if anyone is interested in them.
Later guys.

Wow, what a nice project. I like all those after-market pieces from the hotrod-shop. A lot of people who bag their suburban. It looks awesome.
Nice to see your progress.

Oh no it's that snowball that's rolling out of my garage! Lol

Re: 68 Burb... here we go!!

Hey man sorry. By the time I got the tools cleaned up and found what was holding the frame up it was dark. Pics were not coming out good. The frame is sitting on the ground two feet under the body of the burb. I plan on pulling it out tomorrow if I can finish work and get home before dark.

well I did what I said I would never do.... pull the frame out from under my burb. LOL. Many warned me it was going to happen.. I said nahh ill never do it.
I power washed it, scraped it clean and got it ready for the removal of the PB rear DM so that I can install the Scotts Super Slam rear kit. Out came the sawzall and I cut it out. Tomorrow Ill clean up the welds left behind after the DM was removed. Ill also box the rear frame for the 4 link mounts.
I got the frame set at "ride height" at 6.5 inches, and the frame is all level ready for install and welding. I plan on getting it ready to roll back under the truck by next week.

Thanks guys.
Juan
