wow that took at least a 12 pack,ha,ha.very good. the glair from the dash makes my eyes hurt.Thats going to be a ride to be proud of.I think the beds make the look of the over all fit when there a little higher, dont make the cab look too tall.

That is about the stock height of the bed. I just have the running board setting under the fenders. It will look better with it mounted right and with the splash apron on. It is low though. The back lays out and the front is about an 1 inch of laying out. The back still need the stops put on so it matches the front.

wayne4252004, Thank you.

Well started back on the truck this weekend. I am building the running boards right now. I have them both fit to the fenders and just have to finish welding the ends on the drivers side and have to finish fitting the upright pieces on the passenger side and weld it all up. Then I have to make the splash aprons. It lays out about 2 inches off the ground. I also had my little helper with me while I worked on it!

Shannon, pickup is looking great, nice job....Jim Are you running a spacer between the wheel and the rotor on the front set-up?

Daze57 , thank you. It is great to have my son help me. My daughters always come out to see what i am working on too.

99 to life, thank you

Oldman3, thank you. Yes there is a spacer in the front. The wheels are the corvette offset front and back. The back tires i think he ordered a little wider and i think the spacer is a little wider than the 2inch spacer everyone runs with the s10 frame because of the offset.

oldman3, No problem.

Kabwe, Thank you. I think you are like me, you juggle back and worth on every ones projects. I love the wheels that you bought for your truck. That is going to be one badazz ride when done( already is).

The running boards are mostly done now. Tomorrow I will roll the metal for the splash aprons, so they will be next. That is a picture with it all aired out. It still needs a stops on the rear suspension, so it will set level then.

I have been working on the slash aprons. I rolled new ones out and have the passenger side one fit. I have to do the other side yet. It looks great now that you can not see the frame. It should look great when it is all one color!

Larry Lindley, Sorry no golden hammers, just steel ones! The gold ones are to soft, but they do not mark the metal though! Thank you

I made the roll pan today and also fit the drivers splash apron. I have to bolt them to the running boards and the bed yet. I also want to finish the edges on them also. So soon it will be the tranny tunnel.
