Man I don't know how I missed your build, I just went through the whole thing, that truck is Mighty Slick. I think you have a rig on your hands worth being proud of, and I do love the color.

I will be at the Gulf Coast Custom show at the Sam Houston Racetrack (horsetrack on bltwy 8) this weekend. We would love to have some more forum members there, currently about 5 of us are going. In November I will have my truck in the Autorama in the Street Trucks Magazine display.....you have to go to that!!!!:metal:

Thanks widewhite! After seeing my buddy's engine (327) with it on, I had to have one for myself.......so far I am lovin it. Seems to make the engine breath better so the exhaust has a better melody!!! :metal:

I hope you can make it to one of the shows!!! Just look for the bright orange!!!

Thanks TexPugh!! I was surprised, there were alot of classic custom trucks there (which was my class) and I got 1st. This was the first annual so surely the trophies/plaques will get better or bigger in the future.

Finally got my wood cleared, buffed and reinstalled, just in time for Good Guys this coming weekend.......see ya there CLOUD 9!!!

It is a huge undertaking, I did a oak floor and did 10 coats of clear on it originally when I first did my truck, the look of wood is priceless thou. As for the Pics that you had taken, all I can say is well done BRO!!!!!! very nice and a bit of jealousy here. Engine looks great also now all cleaned up.

HAHAHaa.....dude that there is funny! I checked out all of your progress and must say that you have one outstanding truck!! I can't wait to see that front end down with the big block in there. You got to get some of the local talent (ladies) around it for a real pic!
