Would probably save a lot of issues in the long run. |

If your not getting chips, either speed, pressure or lubricant is off, which will dull the drill bit

Smallest ones i can find, for the underside of the wheel arch |
Re: PO has me PO'd
That seems to work but I will try to get better drive heads as the hex drive seems to be a little big maybe a pan head since these sealing washers come off

Re: PO has me PO'd
The heads of the screws are to large for trim to sit flush, I'll have to get flater ones
But the trim does fit correctly on the arch https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...f108b354_c.jpg17058805875664480478406518227966 by [url=https://www.flickr.com/photos/97391199@N06 |
Re: PO has me PO'd
I may have to rethink this, as it takes quite the amount of pressure to close this gap at the top of repair panel

Re: PO has me PO'd
Hey Jim, How are you planning to fasten the patch piece to the side panel? I used the step tool and panel adhesive on my doors, no warping from welding.

I was going to flange and body adhesive, but 2 things popped up, there's a slight curve in the 1/4 panel and not sure if it would warp the panel Plus the cost of the applicanter gun was 100.00 Thanks for stopping by, your truck is looking amazing, nice work, impressive work on the vent window, mine are still in 3 pieces |

OE trim seems to fit wheel arch pretty well
Clamp in place, see if it will bend to contour https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...a44d4daa_c.jpg17080069828223246834829637837387 by [url=https://www.flickr.com/photos/97391199@N06 |

Re: PO has me PO'd
Reinstalled the American billet bezels flipped them backwards to see how they fit
Marquez did not fit have to machine about 50 thousand off, plus American billet was 1/3 the price https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...67e24eda_c.jpg17100806058911256202817264063047 by [url=https://www.flickr.com/photos/97391199@N06 Just to chunky to install as designed, I'll see if I can install the rectangular trim |
