400.00 plus shipping

I ordered these from CPP, "A" Arms with cross shafts back in Sept. i was supposed to get them in a couple weeks, i was told "your cost is $430.00" he even played me back the recorded conversation, after delay, delay, delay i got another set ,had them blasted , powdercoated and everything installed. In early Dec i get a $507.00 charge to my bank acct. A few days later i get 2 boxes of A Arms from CPP. Jeff said he'd take them back but I'd have to pay shipping back to CPP, $85.00. i travel to VA.BCH a couple times a month. Also if your local within 50 miles of zip 20628 i could meet you and save shipping $$$. The uppers retail for $199.00 and the lowers retail $279.00.I'll take $425.00 plus shipping. the price is Firm. thanks Mark 240-434-2375

here are pics as requested. look at the ball joint areas. there were never any ball joints installed in these "A" Arms.

They should take them back AND pay for the ride home. Months after you ordered they charged and sent them- wasn't right. They are a big company that can afford to absorb the shipping cost for their mistake- not the little guy at home trying to build a truck. Just my thought as a former car parts business owner.

definitely....you should post this in the bad deals section...CPP's been trying to improve their reputation but things like this need to be read by anyone considering buying parts from them....

They have some great parts...they just seem to have a horrible time dealing with inventory and shipping/follow up

Sorry for your loss! I have bee burned by them also. I spent over 3k on one order and they sent the wrong parts and expected me to pay the shipping back etc. I sold most of the the stuff on Craigs list instead. They sent my friend a hydro boost set up without the fittings and lines etc. and expected him to pay for them when he called reporting the missing parts.
I won't even consider them again. I would rather pay twice as much then deal with them again.

I just got mine in yesterday after 3 weeks of wait. and yes they most deff should have come with ball joints. a couple of weeks earlier and i would have snAgged em off ya. good luck with the sale. CPP is wrong not to take em back for sure. :devil:
