LOTS of pics
1 Attachment(s)
Here's the latest on my truck. I didn't get it to start the night before I left for school, so I decided that I wouldn't take it to school. Anyways here's some pics. The first ones are of my extra cab with the front clip and the rear fenders just sitting on the ground. It was fun seeing my truck like that.:D

Very nice
So you do a body drop on that? You get the whole thing painted yet? You need to get that in a mag artical before you drive it to much! LOL
|
Lookn good! We never ever get tired of pictures on this forum.
|
Looks good. where did you get that fiberglass bed cover and who makes it?
|
Looking great!!! Nice work.
|
Thanks guys. It is a Gaylord's bed cover. I think I got it from autobahn wholesale or something like that. I can't remember for sure. I just called around all the advertisers in truckin and took the best price. I didn't do a body drop, it is just sitting on the ground:) . I had my extra cab there and all the other stuff was put together, so i decided to put it all together and see what it looked like. I have only gotten the cab, doors and radiator support painted so far(plus a couple little pieces). I was talking with my dad today and he said that he would get the truck running for me and when I go back home for break, I could drive it back. :D I can't wait! Any ways I don't know about the magazine stuff, like how to even get it in or what ever. It is going to be my daily driver.

Boy do I feel sheepish!
Duh! I guess I need to look a little closer next time! LOL Hey where did you get that gas pedal? Is it bolt on? How hard was the install of the after market A/C?
|
BTW

Great progress on the truck! Kenneth |
It is a lokar gas pedal. I got it from RB's. It was kind of a bolt on. It didn't fit in the original holes so I welded those shut. it is just bolted on with two bolts. I am using the lokar cable with it also, but I don't know if it is required or if you can use something stock. It will probably take two people to put it in. One to hold and move the gas pedal, and the other to sit in the seat and say where it is comfortable. It is adjustable so it will fit in many different places. I don't remember the price and the catalog is at home.

Nice Ride!!!:D

hey I can't post any new pictures of it until october when I go home on break from college. It doesn't seem to stick up too much from the top of the bed, but it sticks out noticeably from the sides of the bed. It is just the unfinished fiberglass underside. I was thinking of carpeting it or covering it with something. I will definately take some more pics when I get it here. Sorry I can't do it sooner. Low68
