Suburban Pics

Any lifted Suburban pics out there? I'm looking to lift mine and need some insight. What works and what doesn't? I will be using it for regular transportation and for long trips. Also when I get there I need some off road ability. 2" and 33s?

Thanks!

int he pics of 4x4s with lifts thers 2 suburban, alot more lift than 2" though. 2" lift will easily clear 33s and be very streetable

Beast, pics 7,8 and 9 are of a burb that was for sale about 20 miles from me, I looked at it probably 4 times and decided not to get it, now I kick myself, it was very solid but had some other problems, someone finally bought it and then they sold it for 3,000

sbrban 01-17-2003 08:19 PM

after looking at all this I realized I have just wet myself. Now I must go to garage & get to work.......... :o

teeitup 01-17-2003 08:54 PM

Wow, there is some awesome looking burbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D

Beast388 01-18-2003 10:06 AM

Blazerman,
I have always envied that orange Burb, with it being a 3/4 ton and having a 4 speed. The body looks pretty good too.

It is often inspiring and depressing when I look through my stash of Suburban pics. It makes me want to get to work and let's me know how much work I have to do.:whine:

I know the feeling! I was unable to dig "Project Snow Drift" out yesterday.

Thanks to everyone for the pics and great info.......now back to shoveling!

Orange Burb?

Hey Blazerman and Beast.....I think I saw that orange burb in a Missouri Trader mag. about 2-3 months ago. Is this possible? I called about it the day after the magazine came out and they already sold it. I think it was down around Moberly or somewhere close.

Thanks, Beast! Those pics are great! I stole 'em all! Are any of those yours? I thought #6 looked like your Avatar. Its beautiful. (And just happens to be my color scheme)

Nope....none of the pics I posted are of my Suburban....although I wish a few of them were :D

This is my Burb.....no where near as nice as some of those that I posted.:( :(

BLAZERMAN 01-28-2003 12:38 AM

SLICK, That orange burb was in Platte City [in between St. Joe and K.C.] when I looked at it, then it was sold and ended up in Fort Leavinworth Ks. then I saw it for sale on ebay and I think it was in Moberly then, it really got around for awhile.

Slick71 01-28-2003 11:16 AM

Blazerman:

It's a decent lookin burb, I wonder why no one wanted to restore it. It looks like it had great potential. I think they wanted around 3000 when I saw it advertised.

teeitup 02-07-2003 04:14 PM

ttt:D

landon4421 02-13-2003 07:21 PM

all those beautiful burbs, and I don't have one :( :( :(

I guess my wife is going to have to see this thread, so I can convince her to buy one to haul around the kids. Landon

Great looking rides!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
