Im new to this thread and started my 1950 chevy 3100 with my dad on 7/20/2009 for $250.00. we went with the s-10 swap with chevy 350. we've already chopped it 3 inches and shaved the door handles

Im going with a 350 small block with 350 turbo transmission im going with the stock bed with rollpan, hidden latches and polished aluminum diamond plated floor. Just got a bed and two front fenders for $350.00 off craigslist. Here some pictures of the bed and some more of the chop

Here some more pictures of the chop and taking the cab off the s-10 frame. Going to start sandblasting this weekend. Hopefully have the truck back on the frame and primered before the summer

I have and s-10 rearend in it now I was thinking about putting a camaro rearend in it. I need to put cab corners on it hopefully I will get them sometime this month

We dont need that hole moving the gas tank to the s-10 stock location with the filler neck coming through the floor of the bed

Not much happening here just welded up the radio hole and took some pictures of the welded relief cuts

Going to finish all the welding on the cab except the cab corners and the cowl panel this weekend, getting them next month. We are also going to start sandblasting the fenders, bed and maybe some of the cab

Just rolled my cab outside for the first time in 4 months. Started sandblasting the cab today. I know all you guys like pictures so here they are.

Got the whole cab sandblasted, starting sanblasting the rest of the truck tuesday. Just bought cowl panels and rear cab corners hopefully get them this week. Will post pictures soon

truck is looking good man, id love to find this style of truck for my next build, :waah: some day for as im only 22 building a 83 chevy c-10 stepside, so i have my whol life to try and build a truck like yours, but looks good cant wait to see more:chevy:

Going to put the other fender and runningboard on this weekend. Going to roll outside so i can get a side shot of the truck. Then do alittle sandblasting to the truck. Will post pictures from my phone have to get laptop fixed to upload from camera

4DSEVEN i will get the floorboard measurement tomorrow but i do know that my running boards and front fender are 9 inches from the ground want to go alittle bit lower thats on a stock s-10 frame. Want to get to about 5-6 inches off the ground

I ended up spending 200 dollars. I got 2 fenders, 2 doors, a tailgate in perfect condition(which im going to sell u dont need one do u) and a side splash apron. Im going to go with a smoothed tailgate.

Sweet, I was hoping you guys found some good stuff since you had to drive so far to get there. I don't need:truck: a tailgate right now, I am working on getting the cab mounted to the frame and doing suspension and patch panels for now.

Its been about a month since ive been on here. Got my cab sandblasted and bought new doors, and got the truck back together
