Too KULE! Luv the suiside 3rd door what hinges did you use? Had considered this also, and Friz's one piece door seems it would be less work than top hatch and lower barn doors like Wess from Classic Heartbeats panel but both are nice mods! Great workmanship!!

22x9.5 with 6.25" backspacei think ill check that for you and 24x10 with 4" backspace intro v-rods and the hinges are from avs same quality as ***************** but about half the price

here is the start of making my aftermarket 67 front end fit right the roll was wrong in the hood, the hood was to long, and the fender gap was off

Re: my 72 burban

damn after market stuff...they can never get that stuff right. i would have given you the left over 67-8 front end i had if you were closer...i just dumped it on saturday.

propaint81 01-19-2010 09:58 AM

Re: my 72 burban

i would have appreciated that but i ended up going with a cowl induction to clear my air breather.

suville 01-19-2010 10:16 AM

Re: my 72 burban

I can relate to your fitment work , most folks have no concept of the "behind the scenes" work involved to get uniform tight body lines these trucks didnt have that great of fit and finish from the factory and much of the aftermarket stuff is just close at best. I was afraid to keep track of the hours I had in getting a uniform 3/16 door gap on a cab job once. Very nice work and you are one bold man doin shrinks on after market sheet metal I admire your skill and tenacity!
