Everyone, I know that this post may not be in the right thread but I thought I would start it and let everyone know....

May all you and your families have a great holiday season and remember when you are sitting at home with your families that there are some families that dont have a family member around anymore for the holidays. Keep them in your thoughts and prayers...

Thanks All! I have some pictures coming of the people I work with here in Afghanistan. I took a group photo of all of them during our "Christmas Party" I will post it soon! We decided to do a "Dirty Santa" gift exchange, you have no idea how funny it is to see people battle over a bunch of new knives! LOL Only in Afghanistan! I ended up with a new Smith & Wesson boot knife. It turned out to be a descent Christmas!

Lookin' back over my time in the USAF....I still remember the Christmases I spent with my friends away from home. We didn't have the parties like todays' GI's have, but I'm not complaining....the system wasn't in place at that time.

But, you guys stay safe and hurry home as fast as you can rotate back Stateside, so you can be with your families. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to each and every member of our military, where ever you may be.
