Oh man, sweet truck! I'm not a big fan of small back windows but yours is looking exceptionally sharp! You gonna fill the side markers on the bed or leave it as is?
Good job, wish mine was as nice as yours! |

Answers to some questions
Thanks for kind remarks....Nice to know all my hard work is paying off. The truck is lowered 2" in the front and 4" in the rear. I used coil springs and they actually work very well. I thought the handling and ride would be greatly affected by lowering it but it actually rides and handles better now. I did not change anything on the suspension besides the springs........lucky me, it just worked well.

Very nice 67/8
I love the cowl hood :burnout: |

Very nice truck. I gotta ask, what size rims?
|
Sweeeeeeeet Truck man!! Amazing.
Hope one day mine looks just as sharp!! Great how you placed the speakers by the way.... Cya, Edmond |
Very nicely done.....and I like the color. The stance looks just right and if you have any specs on what you've done, it would be great to hear about them.
Can't tell you how far I'm behind you yet just suffice to say I'm way behind. |
Great looking ride..................Very clean
my 70 was lowered with just springs and came away with a good ride............... would it do me any good to hold my breath..............that maybe some day your truck could sit in my driveway? |
Love the color. Very nice!

Hey guys...........the truck is lowered 2" front and 4" back. I used coil springs. The rim and tires are 18" Eagle Alloy-216 and the tires are Pirelli scorpion 255/55/18. Because I didn't relocate the gas tank, I mounted the speakers in speaker boxes, covered with matching carpet to the rest of the inside, on the transmission hump. Who really needs to have people riding in the middle anyway.......

sorry.....forgot to add answer to your question....the wheels are 18", 5x5 lug pattern, with 14mm offset. I converted the truck to 5 lug disk brakes.
|
is that the factory bench seat?
|
Bravedave...it is a factory bench seat, of course I had it recovered and stuffed.
|
One bad to the bone ride.
|
