This was one of my favorites. My friend has a jacked up 1998 Suburban 4/4 on 33" tires. He was stuck in the mud to his differentials. I left some slack in the tow strap and "popped him out of the holes he dug for himself. Dangerous, I know, but that suburban was plucked like a nose hair.

My 88 has pulled a small load of scrap metal, that's it. Only had it since May 20th.

My 83 has Grossed 11,600lbs hauling construction debris to the dump. She has been over 10,000lbs at least half a dozen times. She regularly pulls an 1,100lb(empty) trailer loaded with scrap metal or construction debris, that's the blunt of what it pulls.

I have a 26' Bennington I/O Pontoon boat. I have pulled it with my SWB from the storage to the ramp, about 1 1/2 miles. It was a handfull. Putting it in the water wasn't too bad, but it spun the tires bad on the ramp trying to pull it out. Only did that once. I need an old 4wd square to leave at the lake just to pull that thing around.

The trailer didn't have very much tongue weight and with the car positioned just barely forward of the center of the trailer axles, it towed just fine!

my 11k gvwr 33' camper last week. maiden voyage for the truck. I know it looks light in the front end, but it has brand new HD 6 inch front springs in it, and only 4 inch blocks in the rear with pretty new HD springpack. Trailer only squatted it about 2 inches. No WD bars.

It aint too crazy but toed my dads vette 50 or so miles and raced them both in true street and i ended up winning the 15 second class with my truck and loaded everything up and headed back on a sunday, also towed my little buggy about 30 mins to the local mud park aka the redneck yacht club

Here is my '78 Silverado Diesel pulling my '54 Aloha. One pic on the Columbia river out in eastern Washington and the other at a campground overlooking the ocean near Brookings, Oregon.

Traded it for the CC dually.

I wanted a CC for a while (but not a dually); I just didn't want to pay for a newer truck & really wanted a square so I would have a 60-66, 67-72, & a 73-87 still. All the CC single wheel trucks I had found were rough (except lolife99's, but he was a long way from me). The dually was in very nice shape so it was a good trade for both of us.

not a square, but my old 1990 2wd 4.6 v6 with its little wrist pin knock of 4 years pulling my buddys old ford when it got stolen and some idiots filled it with diesel fuel. (sorry for the crappy pic phones camera sucks and lense was scratched up)

All of these pics are good but jchav62 i really like the 4th pic down because your at one of the local gas stations here in flagstaff on butler rd right by interstate 40.i drive by that station alot in my travels around town.you got a few nice projects to btw jchav62.
