yes, that is a 67 gmc small letter tailgate...they are not reproduced and difficult to find in good original condition. nice gate tony!!

Hey Drew, the inside of the gate is real straight , no dents to speak of. as for a bow , i would say very straight . this gate is super solid .. it's a perfect driver quality and with a little work , a perfect restoration piece. the handle is in complete working order as well. Tony

Tony, I can't believe nobody's bought this yet, the small lettered GMC is the hardest one to find in the 67-72 era, I looked high and low for this gate when I owned my 67' GMC "Sancho", I finally had to settle with the big lettered tailgate, and two months later after I sold the truck, here it is......the right color and walking distance from my house! :lol::lol::lol: TTT for you my friend! :gmc2:

Tony,it's had me thinking. I saw all the responses and figured it would be gone. I have a mint take-off big letter for my '67 wannabe and that's fine. Heck,it's a '72 cab after all and is a mild custom. Money's tight but I could get it back selling mine. Decisions decisions...
I had a custom plan that is still a secret. That's the only reason I haven't taken my beer money and bought it (now that's tight!). It would be easier and pretty trick,to just buy yours. I dunno,I better do something or get off the pot before it's gone. Good luck and I'll try not to lose any sleepover it.
