I got her home tonight, it was definitely some work getting her off the trailer and into the garage. There will be plenty of pics and videos to come.

To be honest I'm not sure just yet as far as the engine goes, I might use a different engine all together! One thing is for sure it will be different. It is either getting a healthy cam, headers and a different Intake, or maybe a swoosher, while there are so many reasons I want to go F.I. there are so many reasons why I don't want to.

As far as the truck goes, all efforts will be made to keep it straight, minimal fender trimming, functional interior to make a nice running / driving truck. The uses that pop into my head...

-Towing / Hauling
-Camping
-Mild Wheelin
-SHREDDING SAND DUNES!
-MASHING DOWN DESERT DIRT ROADS!

It will morph into doing these things!

Got more progress done today, damn trans / transfer case tried to kill, me. Fell off the trans jack two times.

Thanks! I'm wanting to get it at least movable by the end of next weekend. Got some small stuff done tonight, cleaned up some wiring, removed the pedal assy and measured the drive shaft.

Some more progress today, got the brakes hooked up and bled, clutch master hooked up and bled and got the new heater core installed.

You are cranking right along on this project! I am curious to see how your fill and door turn out. I want to add a burb tank to my crew and thought it would be cool to have another stock looking door in the back to fill the big tank.

Progress is being made, although I don't know If I have the fab skills to pull off a stock looking fuel door. I would have to either cut one off my bed and move it back or cut one from a donor bed, I'm still rattling around other Ideas in my head.

Thanks! I picked up a sport and a step bumper from craigslist. I need to figure out which one I want to use. Install the radio, wash it with CLR, reupholster the seat etc....

Yeah it was a blast! I thought it would be tough with my stiff clutch and less leg room than the blazer, but it is not bad. I installed new sway bar bushings the other night so I'm sure those helped too the other ones were toast.
