I am posting this here because these are direct replacement parts for 67-72 Chevy/GMC trucks, blazers and suburbans, also this area gets more traction. Move if not ok.

Here for sale I have a few NOS made in USA Stant gas caps, made of stainless steel. They fit factory style gas tanks 1960-72 Chevy and GMC trucks. (May fit other years and applications). They are in excellent condition. Some have a small wear mark in the middle from being moved around and I am confident this mark will polish out.

Asking $15 each, or 3 for $30 shipped within the US. If your interested in multiple let me know and I will make a deal with you.

Currently sold out.

I will see what I can do about getting more of these gas caps… no guarantees. If I am able to get them I will honor the current prices up to post #25 since people have said they will get in line for them.

Upon logging in this evening, we have been contacted for a third time regarding your Stant G-23 gas caps, figured it would be easiest to add/share the info once here in thread for you and your eighteen or so customers. These stant replacement gas caps will not fit all 67-72 models, specifically the 1972 C/K10-1500 Truck, 1972 K/5 Blazer & Jimmy, 1972 C/K20-2500 Suburban and 1972 Fleetside Truck w/auxiliary fuel tank models which used "pressure vacuum" (non-vented) fuel filler caps. See below added picture of both the non-vented and vented fuel cap mounting flanges side by side, note the difference in height and mounting tabs between the 72 specific pressure vacuum cap on the left and common 67-72 vented cap on the right. Hopefully the detailed pic clears it up a bit, Mel :chevy:

I appreciate your information. However these do fit on 1972 trucks. My neighbor has a 72 and installed this very same cap onto his truck without a problem.

I listed the specific 1972 non-vented fuel cap models in my above reply, maybe your neighbors truck is a 72 C/20-2500-30-3500 or K/20-2500 model? Mel :chevy:
