Match rear wheel wells to front

I am sure that it has been done. Seems like it was a big customizing technique on Nomads to modify the rear wheel wells to match the fronts. Any pics someone can point me to showing this on '60 to '66?

That is cool! (And I don't mean all the snow!) Is that work a matter of getting a set of front replacements and installing?

These look like someone took front wheel openings and added to the rear.

I think so here is a production shot:

Spacedebris' red whatever, definitely looks like front wheel wells adapted to the rear with even the same spacing below the belt line. Jon, your's looks a lot more labor intensive if the replacement piece had to be massaged first to get the different spacing under the belt line.

I have a little bit of rust coming up around my rear wheel wells and I was thinking of cutting out and replacing with fronts. Might be beyond my level of expertise though.
