'glide to TH-350, what's involved?

I just bought a '62 with a 327/'glide. I want to ditch the 'glide for a th350. The truck is cursed with a 2 piece driveshaft. What all is involved in the swap?

well sense a short tailshaft(6") TH350 is the same length as a glide you wont need to cut your driveshaft....... stock trans mount will work....... basicly its a bolt in expect you will need to have a 3rd gear indicator
