Fiberglass over epoxy

Man I hate to ask another epoxy question but I know bondo filler can go over epoxy primer but what about fiberglass like kitty hair or bondo glass ?

Short answer is yes.
Longer answer is why would you want to? Fibreglass was made to go over other fibreglass or a boat. Unless you already have fibreglass on it or are building a boat you are not using the correct product.

What are you trying to do? My rough guess would be you are going over a welded place. Lots of people used to do this to seal a welded area, myself included. But just the epoxy itself will seal up anything that you can figure needs sealing up underneath the finish. Jim

There is a spot low on the rocker that needs a little filler. Figured since it's going to get rock chips I thought it would be stronger
