This is my 63 Suburban factory 4x4, power steering and power brakes. I am grateful to have received a couple old pictures from a previous owner. Sure would like to find some original seats for it... |

Re: Let's see some 60-66 Suburban 4x4s.
Hey I have a question on suspension on these 4x4's. Did they use leaf springs on the front or did anyone try a leaf spring conversion on the front of one of these?
My brother helped a guy lift his 73 burb and put new leafs on the front for a better ride (more street use than off road), and I got to thinking if this would work on an early 60's model. May be just a dumb idea but if you dont ask you dont learn  |

My 1964 Chevy 4x4 and 1966 GMC 4x4. Both need a lot of attention. The newer paint on the GMC is a little misleading.
