Aftermarket Stereo

Has anyone put an aftermarket deck in their truck? I was wondering if anyone knew where to find a dash kit and all that good stuff. I suppose I could call Crutchfield...

Also wondering if anyone could give me tips on how to get the factory stereo out. I'm mostly wondering what I all need to tear apart to get to it. I could sit in the shop and figure it out, but any tips or pointers would be appreciated. Thanks guys.
