Finish Body Work

1 Attachment(s)
My paint job has a lot of problems like a few places that has Orange Peel and Runs so I do need to wet sand the paint in a bunch of places. Should I wait to wax the truck until I get the paint sanded right?
You can see the swirl marks in the photo.

You can color sand it out then polish and wax it...

Re: Finish Body Work

Is this a base coat/clear coat paint job? As for color sanding the paint, do it now, and then polish and finish with a good paint sealant. The majority of your elbow work in a paint job is tied up in the final sanding and finishing of the paint. Now you get to find out just how thick your paint coats are.
