SM420 to T221 coupler
 

I have a 1967 K10 that needs a main/output shaft for the SM420 and the coupler/seals for the adapter to the T221 . I see some places have them , but list as special order or out of stock. Does anyone have these new or used?

That looks like the SM465, which would have been used for 68 and later i think. Mine is SM420 which was from 67 and earlier.

I have a SM420 and T221 out of my 1967 K10 since I swapped a SM465/NP205 into it

It still worked when I had it in the truck and could send you some pictures
