Help identifying a wheel

I've got this rim, measures 17"x 3.5". Has 5 clips (4 broken) for a hubcap. My initial thought was 1930's Ford car but don't know for sure. Any ideas?

Its an "artillery" style wheel, looks like early Plymouth.
