a/c issues

I have a 2006 gmc sierra crew cab and the ac will blow cold on the pass and hot on the driver side. the problem is intermittent right now. I changed out the blower motor resistor module last year because it quit blowing air at all with some of the same hot/cold issues. Any ideas or should I just go get it checked out?

Re: a/c issues

I own 5 of these trucks, and every one of them has had this issue at one time or another. What i've found that works most every time, is to simply turn the truck off, unplug the module in the dash, and plug it back in. I've also had it where I've just shut the truck off, started it back up and problem gone. Now this is not a cure, but it works and since it only seems to happen once in a great while so I haven't looked into it further. Best of all, it's free!
Hope this helps!:chevy:
