Anybody else collect 1 gen "toy's" ? lol |
Wow! How very cool is that?!! Interesting that it has the '71-
'72 grill (but no parking lights in the bumper). Most models you see are the '69-'70 style. You should scan the feather decals... maybe you could blow them up and have them printed on vinal for the real thing! |
That model was originally released as a 69-70. When AMT reissued it they went to a 71-72 grill but left the 69 bumper. I have 2 of those built, but made 1 into a GMC...

More of these produced than the Blazers from the factory....
Use to own a Hobby shop and remember selling alot of these kits... |

I have two of those still in the plastic. Not sure if they ever will get built!
|
I'd love to find a few more of those kits. AMT is going to reissue the 72 pick up in a few months. No we need to get them to reissue the blazer...

Did the original feathers blazer also have the "feathers" on the side windows like the model does?
I've been watching ebay for one of those model kits... I want one! |

Hey bill4rest, it's the one in the second pic. I think I'm going to buy a case of them. I have a few projects I want to do with a few of them...
