That looks like a new GM Reproduction tag rather then an original GM NOS tag??

I thought this was an original GM part, not a repo??? Anyone know???

Did they use barcodes 35 years ago?

NOS doesn't nessacary mean 35 years old. Those are still available from GM and their system is updated to use the bar codes, Have been for a few years.

Cool. I had no idea they were still available through dealers.
I punch the number in at www.gmpartsdirect.com and it comes up with an error :cool:
