my brakes are not working to thier full extent, so tonight my uncle crawled under and observed that the front brake lines are smaller than the back and we where wondering if this could be my problem being that my truck has front drums on it

Never had to mess with the brake lines on any of my trucks, but I think this is how it is supposed to be.
Have you pulled the drums off and looked at your shoes? Have you adjusted them?
