Where can I buy

prebent tubes to run from my tranny to the radiator. Do parts stores carry them?

Why pre-bent? They are very easy to make using brake line.

If you must have pre-bent......I believe In Line Tube has them.

NAPA, AZ and Advanced all carry them according to their web sites, just not as old as ours. Napa's site did has a section where you can e-mail them about them for classic vehicles.

i got mine from lmc about 5years ago they fit fine and still work and look good
