WTB: 72 Burb Rear Upper Lift Hatch
Exactly as title says, not the tailgate, but the hatch part. Mine is totally rusted out. I've looked all over ebay and catalogs for em, and can't find one. How much would a good one run me? Anybody have one?

I got an extra one, It cost me an arm and a leg and it has some rust that needs to be repaired also. I will decide which one I will be using, and the other one will be for sale

Good luck they are hard to find. I found one on Ebay purchased it, sent the money $200 and never got the hatch. I posted a thread on here for one and one of the board members Truckpoor found me one and shipped it to me without me even sending payment (now that's a trusting guy) until i got it. It was in awesome shape with one small rust spot where the guy he got it from let it sit on the ground. Then he only wanted $135 for it so I sent him $150 since that is about the cheapest I've seen one for. Just post on here in the parts thread and the guys will try to help......

Sublvr, any idea when you'll have your mind made up and how much you might want? Do you have pics of either one? How bad is the rust? Mine is rusted almost to the point of falling apart in two pieces, ALL the way around the window, on the inside.

There is one thats still good in the pick and pull in stockton, ca. I am too far away to have time to go get it, but it would be really cheap. Not rusty at all, maybe dented though, I dont remember.

I'm pretty sure theres some people from stockton on the board...any idea if you know someone who might be able to pick it up for me if its in any kind of decent shape, and ship it my way?

hatch
benscool1: I am probably going back up there to return the seat from that burb that didn't fit. :banghead: The hatch was in good shape. It only had one of the supports on it when I last seen it . It's yellow in color. I believe it's a 71-72. I might be able to help ya out..

If you could give me a price of what you want for the hatch + your trouble, that would be cool. Just PM me. When are you planning on heading up that way? Luckily for me, both of my supports are in good shape.
