What length is the tail shaft on your TH350?

If you have a short shaft (6") TH 350 the 200-4r would be an easier and cheaper way to go, from the research I have done. The lengths are the same, the linkages work and you can use the same driveshaft. Cdowns has done the swap and would probably be able to fill you in on it.

If you have the 9 inch tail, your driveshaft will work with a 700.
