WTB Tach Dash

Im looking for a Tach dash for a reasonable price or a dash that can have a tach put into it ???

WHAT DO THOSE THINGS GO FOR ANYWAYS.

According to Randy/Teeitup they go for around $250-$300. I asked a while back because I was picking up a truck and the guy wanted to take out the dash & keep it. I managed to convince him to leave the dash in the truck and take $100 for it. I've seen a couple of them go on the parts board in the last few weeks for around $250 or so for what it's worth. If I'm not mistaken, a few guys have taken the tach out of a 70's camaro and made them fit in a stock non-tach dash in the same spot the tach goes in the tach dashes. Good luck!
:burnout:

I sold mine in March for $200, and it had a new woodgrain bezel.

im just looking for a old one thats all i know the tach ones run for alot but maybe someone has one for a good price or ill even take a dash with out the tach in it

teeitup 07-27-2004 06:25 AM

Used ones are selling for for $200 and if they have a new bezel, wiring and been cleaned up $250. Backing plates, circuit board and lens are different than dashes without tach.

I have one that needs paint touch up on the white, see PIC ,for 100 dollars plus the ride. I also have gauge set ups without tach that the white paint is good. :bowtie: A closer view of the gauge that needs paint.

Who sells the inserts to change the color of the Gauges? Might be interested in that. I dont need a Tach, but that white looks good. Might put a bowtie or something in that spot.
