1968 Chevy c10 shortbed fleetside questions

I have a '68 Chevrolet C10 Shortbed Fleetside and i am going to bag it and slam it to the ground. What are the biggest size wheels i can put on it without having to cut out the fender wells? Also how much does the 4-link help when bagging it?
