"clunk" after T-case drop

So I lowered my t-case to get rid of some vibration and now I have a clunk when i park, hit small bumps? Any ideas? could the angle of the driveshaft messed up the ujoints?

How much did you lower it? The universal may be binding.

Only about 1", I used the stock spacers.

Thats all I ever lowered any of mine and never had any problems.

Maybe one of the drive shafts is hitting (needs to be shortened).

Mine has a little knock when I come to a stop, I think its the chain in mine, but mine is not lowered and my truck sits stock now.

I was running mine lowered the same as yours for awhile when I had the 4" lift on it and didn't really have any problems.

check tranny mount, also check front shaft, may need to grind the factory stop points on the cv end.

When I lowered mine I had to grind the stops on the front driveshaft closest to the transfer so it wouldnt bind. You might want to check it out.
