One piece windows question

I've got 1 piece windows in my 70 C-10. The passengers side window is really difficult to roll both up and down. I'm goign to take the panel off this weekend and see what I'm going to need to fix this.

I guess all I'm looking for is some tips because now that this is my daily driver I don't like to have it taken apart for too long.

Does anyone know of a diagram anywhere of how the whole mechanism works? That would be great

Who did you order your windows from? I would call their tech line (if they have one) and ask them for tips and fax any diagrams they have to you.....

That's the thing. The PO had them done. I just get to fix them :D

The door catch is pressing up against the front glass channel making it hard to roll the window up or down. The easist way to fix this is to open the door to full swing and support it with a jack, or if you have one, a door jack, and remove the hinge from the door. Take the hinge over to the bench grinder and grind some off the outside edge of the catch and replace it. Problem fixed.
