1976 Chevy 4x4

Well I have to say I have come to this unwillingly but, I'm selling a 1/2 ton long bed 4x4 This truck is a cream puff totally!
I only have one issue, OK two issues. I HAVE to sell this to pay for bills and get it out of here, and I can't do the cab swap it needs because of a broken arm. Please help me this truck is perfect other than the cab Good strong 350, auto, good tires and fresh rear end rebuild. This truck drives and runs awesome! I bought it from a guy at my work, And used it quite abit before its early retirement (pending reserection) I have a good cab that goes with it as well.
If your wondering a tree fell on it and ruined the cab easy ass swap, if I had two arms I would fix it and drive it. If I wasn't out of work too. I would like $1000, but I'm in a jam so offer up, also as with anything else I could deliver it possibly....

K5KRAZIE 09-25-2004 03:05 AM

Bro, I could set up some kind of delivery or something......
Offer me what you think, It took me a day and a half to drive to Moab taking my time.

i could use that... i would do a complete body swap with my 2wd ( i want a 4x4 anyways)....
the distance is too much for me though (Northwest FL)...

comeon guys, give this truck a good home!!

I'm afraid the cost would be prohibitive, but to be sure let me look into it,what is the condition of the other cab :bowtie:

K5KRAZIE 09-25-2004 08:22 PM

The other cab is completely stripped, it has the carpet and back glass and thats it. It is rust free though and does not have huge dents in it.

If you PM me an address I can figure out the milage and tell you how much to get it to you. :burnout:

K5KRAZIE 09-27-2004 01:35 AM

Woah mama, 1400 miles from me. Not bad I could get it to you most likely by the end of the week, lol. It would be like $800 bucks in fuel though. We could meet up or something, but that wouldn't be nearly as convienant for you I'm sure.... :metal:

Ya!I figured that would be a problem.I wouldn't mind meeting halfway but my truck isn't up to it right now.Figure figure i'd get around 8mpg or worse haulin somethin like that.So a $1000 project turns into a $2000 project.Like I said before, dang to far away!! :bowtie:

Thanks ;)

K5KRAZIE 09-29-2004 04:27 PM

Please make me an offer, this would be a great truck for someone. :burnout:

OK guys I will be in the Portland Oregon area soon so make me an offer and it might just show up on your door step. :D

I too far away but couldnt you just part it out? why dont you put it in the pennysaver or something similar? Im sure someone would snatch it up.. a grand might be a little steep but anything less than a grand is pretty cheap IMO.. especially for a good 4x4. Its a '76 so it probably has a dana 44 and a 12 bolt? what kind of gearing & transfer case, transmission, etc??

K5KRAZIE 10-07-2004 11:54 PM

12 bolt newly rebuilt rear 10 bolt front with a 350 and th350 And 205 T-case. This thing is really awesome and would make a good driver. I am trying local also. :D
