USPS ships internationally and it works pretty good. http://www.usps.com has an international postage calculator, just select package, the netherlands and enter weight (and maybe dimension, depends on method selected).

no the hinges are beaded and painted, they were in storage from are shop, we restore parts like these for customers. As for the "shifter"...it's not a shifter, its a shift kit
