engine ID help

She's a small block not sure on the numbers but we'll see. VO223TXB C6F399213 it might be an old crate engine olmost sure its a 350. but could it be a 400? would a 400 take a different flywheel or would any old small block work? any help would be very appreciated

If I remember correctly, the 400 is internally balanced so you have to use the 400 fly wheel. Other SB fly wheels won't work.

You have that backwards, all small blocks are internally ballanced, except for the 400. it requires a special harmonic ballancer and flywheel/flexplate.
