Lookinf for Blazer

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hello to all,

I am still on the lookout for a really nice Blazer. Some details on what I am looking for: 1) Must have conditioned air, 2) Two or four whell drive not important, 3) Must either be in original excellent condition, restored, or on the downside of a restoration, 4) Located on the eastern half of the U.S. is a bonus, 5) Originality of the vehicle is a bonus, 6) Must have a hard top.

I am looking in the $8K to $13K range (depending on where the vehicle is located. The farther away the vehicle is, the more I need to spend on air travel and/or shipping. So, if the Blazer is closer to where I live (Atlanta, GA), I can spring for a little more. I realize that I am not offering a whole bunch of money while looking for a traditionally pricey ride, but this is all the money I have to spend :whine:

Thanks in advance for any and all replies!

Seems like you are offering quite a bit of $$$? Have you tried your paper or autotrader.com? Seems like you are offering about twice what you could buy a good one for?
Unless your looking for 60's or 70's, then all bets are off!

Blazer

Yes, I am offering a chunk of money, but I am looking for something good. I have been combing the HE*# out of the Trader publications and found nothing. There just doesn't seem to be a lot out there right now.

I would prefer a '71-'72 Blazer, but any pre 1987 Blazer that is in excellent shape will do. Again, I am looking for the exceptional ride. Perhaps and original owner vehicle that has been well taken care of since it's birth. I won't go so far as to say that I am looking for a needle in the haystack, but something close.

Thanks!
