Where can i find these parts??

I am new to this board after just purchasing a 83' sierra. Does anyone know where i can get a excellent quality/or oem dash pad for this truck???? Are they hard to install??? How bout a new to excellent dash bezel (alum. finish) And i am also in need of a grille and new gmc letters for front&rear of truck. Has anyone ever repainted the grille and letters with good success???? Also since this truck is an 83' and has the "tacky" boss hog front bumper guards. Can these be removed and have carriage bolts installed???? I am also in need of factory wheel centercaps for the fact. gmc rallye wheel. Can any of this stuff be purchased from the dealer????

first, welcome. for parts i've used lmc truck or chevy duty..they carry all parts you will need..prices at chevy duty are a little less expensive...dash pads are easy to install...good luck.. joe b :bowtie:

I think your best bet for these parts would be Ebay. You can find OEM and NOS stuff for our trucks on there all day long...and most is cheaper than buying it thru restoration companies.

Installing a dash pad is a piece of cake, same for the bezel. It would be easiest if you did both at once. :)

You can find most, if not all of those parts at your dealer. If you want part numbers, they are available here. Another place to get OEM parts is GMpartsdirect.com Don't be surprised at their high shipping and handling, that's where they put their markup. They still have great prices if you can supply the good part numbers.

Welcome,
Just wanted to mention that Elvis50138 was looking for the bumper guards that you want to remove. Could be a posssible sale or trade?

Appreciate the help, but I think I've got hooked up already with some from another member. Thanks again though.
