Belt Noise

At high rpm's(not sure because i do not currently have a tach), i get a loud high pitched noise that sounds like it could be my belts. Any help on a fix or do i need to replace the belts?

Spray some WD-40 on the belts, then see if they still squeal. If the squeal stops, you know it's the belts.
