Should I purchase a 80's chev 4x4 with a 4'' lift?

I was wondering if this sounds like a good deal. Some guy has a 1980 chevy 4x4 pickup with a 4 inch body lift, 36" super swampers( 2 are good). The truck has a 350 with a cam, headers, and aluminum intake. Its got a turbo400 tranny. Its got a roll bar with lights, custom front and back bumpers. He's asking $1500 Canadian. Let me know what you think?

4"body lift, not good.2 bad tires?Don`t buy it for the modifications. If the rest of the truck is good,it`s not a bad price to start with.Did you want a project?
