I am curious to see what an estimate on the value of my truck would be, I paid 2,200 for it when I got it with a bad 700r4, bad radiator and several other things.

Heres what its got:
1. 350 assumed stock, Holley 4160 carb, Weiand Action+Plus intake, Summit 1101 cam and lifters, Flowtech Afterburner headers, Hooker dual 2 1/4" exhaust system with 2 cats and 2 flowmaster 40 series mufflers, High voltage HEI Distributor with Summit recurve kit.

2. 700R4 with about 10k miles on rebuild, B&M Transmission cooler 24k lb rated capacity.

3. Scottsdale package soon to have fresh new carpet on the floor and dynamat.

4. Sony CD-Player and Sony 6x9" speakers.

5. 10 bolt front and 12 bolt rear axles from a 79 truck with 3.42 gears and gov-loc in the back.

6. 33x12.5" tires

7. 1 1/4 ton front leaf springs from a military CUCV truck.

enough of that stuff

the paint is in decent shape, its shiny but has several places where its peeling and one dent in the cab and some scratches and a dent in the passenger side, only minimal amounts of rust to be found in the bed, no rot anywhere and under the cab and wheel wells are nearly perfect, bench seat has no tears in it, 4x4 works fine, the t-case was gone through by myself and replaced one shifter fork and all the seals, the front axle has Warn Basic locking hubs which are fairly new, good brakes all around, i'v been driving it daily for awhile and it drives fine, has good shocks and a new alternator, battery, and the water pump is half a year old. Radiator is just over a year old, bought a brand new one. So thats a quick run down on the truck, heres some pics to show the real condition.

Its the factory 72 Apple Red color BTW, only one paint job that I can tell.

And it has 136K miles on the body, the 350 was swapped in by somebody before I owned it. The A/C and cruise control are gone, probably by the same guy that did the motor swap. The stuff is still in the cab, but all the underhood stuff is missing.

Not really interested in selling it right now, just curious as to what its worth.

I plan on re-gearing it with 4.10s, putting A/C and possibly cruise control back in, carpet, new dash pad, replace the clear guage cover, do some work with the speakers like new dash speakers and maybe some kick panel pods. I'd also like to do a bed liner and have the whole truck re-painted the same color.

$50, and since i know you're oh so anxious to get rid of it, i'll be down next weekend to pick it up.

DO NOT SELL IT. you'll change your mind the day after you do, just like always. you've been selling, then not selling, then selling, then not selling the beetle got like 6 months. sell it already!

Keep that truck man, you'll regret it for the rest of your life if you sold it...

I'm trying to sell the beetle, but I had it listed for 3 weeks and not one person called me, maybe I was asking too much, but I listed it for 200 bucks less than what I paid minus all that tag, tax, and dealer crap. Oh well, its not so bad having some decent to drive back and forth to work and school every day, especially when it rains and the wipers in the truck quit working and I have no A/C to de-fog the windshield. But I plan on fixing all that one day, I always tend to go for the "cool" stuff before I fix the things I should lol.
