I run 4.5/6 drops on my 1/2 ton trucks. You can drive one everyday, pretty much anywhere there is pavement, without worry.

4-5 should be enought to go over speed bumps anything more than that ud run into problems on tall speed bumps.

how is the best (CHEAPEST) way to get the 4/5, 4.5/6 or 4/6?

If you have a 73-87, like your signature says, then what I would reccomend, is getting the Summit 2½" Spindles ($225) and 2" drop springs ($90), then get the DJM Rear Flip Kit ($90). That'll give you quality parts, quality ride, and cheap price. :)

thanks for the idea :metal:
