New Guy

Hi, I'm new to the board. Just thought I'd introduce myself and my project. I'm in albuquerque NM and have been working on our Suburban for about 2 years on and off (2 many projects!!) and I'm workning on a 69 Suburban with a clam shell hatch. So far we have shaved the doors, put together a crossmember with a 1.25" drop and a clearance plate. Gonna' bolt the motor direct to the crossmember. we have all tubular control arms with disc conversion and drop spindles. The firewall is shaved and the booster/master cyclinder is moved under the floor, custom tranny crossmember to clear the new booster. We welded 3" drop blocks to the rear axle. did a bolt in c-notch (gonna switch for a big step notch) the suspension is bags, all 1/2" valves and dual port bags. motor is a 350 mild built, and a th400 tranny. I've been fartin around with other projects but now it's time to get back to work on my favorite!! I used to sell Bill Turner parts (most of what I have) and then he vanished off the face of the planet. Does anybody know what happened to him?? I look forward to talking to everyone. Thanks!!

I know, I know, sorry about that. I'll post some pics when I get home tonight. (even though it's mostly a pile of parts) I'm at work now. I have lots of parts pics. I even have a 20 sec clip of when we tested the airride on the back. Don't think i can post it though.
