If I remember right, that's a big truck cluster. What's the second knob on the right? Choke?

If it goes much higher the guy could buy a whole truck !!!!!! LOL

That knob under the wiper knob is a hand throttle on my truck. I suspect that is what it is here.

YEP IT'S OUT OF A BIG TRUCK ALRIGHT.... BUT $307 ISN'T OUT OF LINE FOR A TACH/ AIR-PRESSURE DASH. I WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED IF IT GOES OVER $400. :D :D :D JOHN

do they do it differently on big trucks? i see the steering collum isnt cut out all the way, but there are two knobs on the passenger side and one on the drivers side, to me thats just backwards

Is the tach dash from a big truck any different from our trucks?

Robert1970C20rstbukt 12-17-2004 10:31 PM

The only difference is the steering column cut out. Look at a pickup dash and you'll see that the cutout is a lot bigger than the C/40-C/60 trucks. The column on the big trucks is mounted farther down than a pickup column is, hence the shorter cutout on the dash. Hope I didn't confuse anybody.

That knob under wipers on our 71 C60 is for a choke. Our truck is all original and has 73,000 on it and dad bought it from original owner who lived 2 miles from us. Truck also has dealer add on air. We use it tohaul wheat and up until this coming year tobacco to the market.

so lights on drivers side, and choke and wipers on the other side on big trucks?

Brainchild 12-17-2004 11:34 PM

Usually wipers and throttle on the right side of the dash if I remember correctly

I have 2 tach/air pressure clusters but they are headlight left and wiper right with no choke and have the deeper column cutout like the c-10,20's. I was saving them for an air bagged truck but ebay might be the ticket.
